We have a "QC" process for our products. All electronic parts are tested to ensure they work properly before packing and shipping. Our experienced packing staff will use suitable materials and methods to protect the items from being damaged during transportation. In the unlikely event that any received item is found defective, please report to us immediately. Upon provision of evidence (e.g. pictures) and justification for replacement/refund, we will arrange replacement or credit towards your next purchase. We reserve the right to judge the validity of quality claims as well as the mode of compensation.
